What's it all about?
Welcome to my own unique way of celebrating my 50th year. Ideally what I'm hoping to achieve with your help is to walk 50 walks (they must be over 1 mile long and I would like to be accompanied by a different combination of friends on each occasion) between 6th September 2006 and 6th September 2007. The table shows the walks I would like to do - and there is plenty of room to add your favourites. It's not set in stone. You will see that "Walks of Golf" are welcome too! Each month I will try to update the table with the dates the walks are likely to happen and who will be joining me. You are welcome to join me for any of the walks - not just the unclaimed ones. Please do suggest dates as soon as you'd like to, so I have lots of walking and socialising to look forward to over the next 12 months. Those in purple have already been done! I'm really looking forward to this - and your company.

Obviously most of the walks will be in Scotland but we're keen to do a walk in England. Clee Hills or Long Mynd or something like that.
