Cluanie to Glen Affric - at last
Sunday 20th May. Katy and I had had grand plans to go to the far North West this weekend but weather and circumstances saw us a bit nearer home. With a bit of car-juggling the evening before and a handy lift from Hannah and Dennis (for Fab50 purposes they have thankfully agreed to be included in this walk), who were on their way to Uig, we managed the wonderful through-walk from close to the Cluanie Inn in Kintail through to the east end of Loch Affric. The path passes close to the remote youth hostel at Allltbeith and follows the south side of Loch Affric. Isn't Glen Affric a wonderful place?
